New Image™ Soft Convex CeraPlus™ Skin Barrier
The CeraPlus™ Soft Convex Skin Barrier* is infused with ceramide. Ceramide is a natural component of human skin that helps to decrease transepidermal water loss (TEWL) from damaged or eroded skin. The CeraPlus(tm) Skin Barrier formulation helps maintain healthy peristomal skin, minimizing dryness, itching and the damaging effects of repeated barrier removal. Use the CeraPlus™ skin barrier with New Image™ pouches, including drainable, high output, closed, and urostomy options.
CeraPlus™ Soft Convex Skin Barriers apply gentle pressure to help protect against leakage and are designed to conform to various body types and stomas, providing a secure and comfortable fit. They feature an integrated floating flange, which allows fingers to be placed underneath which may help minimize abdominal pressure when attaching a two-piece pouch.
