At Hollister, our mission is to make life more rewarding and dignified for those who use our products and services. That mission is at the heart of Secure StartSM services – a program that provides ongoing, personalized support at no cost to you.

When you join Hollister Secure Start services, you'll be connected with our team of Secure Start Coordinators. They will take the time to understand your needs and help you find solutions to the challenges you may face, including:

  • Determining the right products for you
  • Obtaining product samples
  • Finding educational information and resources
  • Identifying product supplier options
 

Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
