At Hollister, our mission is to make life more rewarding and dignified for those who use our products and services. That mission is at the heart of Secure StartSM services – a program designed to provide you with no cost, individualized support during your catheterization journey.
Secure Start services is more than a service – it’s a partnership. Once enrolled, you’ll be connected with dedicated Secure Start Coordinators who will take the time to listen and understand your needs. They’ll walk alongside you with education, resources, and practical support. Whether you’re new to intermittent self-catheterization or have been using catheters for a while, they’ll focus on helping you feel more confident and informed as you go about your daily routine.
With Secure Start services, you don’t have to figure things out on your own. Our knowledgeable, compassionate Coordinators can:
- Help you evaluate intermittent catheter options and select the right product for you
- Send you catheter samples
- Guide you on proper catheter usage
- Provide product and lifestyle educational materials
- Help you identify product supplier options
- Connect you with community resources
Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
