At Hollister, our mission is to make life more rewarding and dignified for those who use our products and services. That mission is at the heart of Secure StartSM services – a program designed to support you throughout your ostomy journey.
Secure Start services is more than a service – it’s a partnership. Once enrolled, you’ll be connected with dedicated Secure Start Coordinators who will take the time to listen and understand your needs. They’ll walk alongside you with education, resources, and practical support as you adjust to everyday life with an ostomy. They’ll also help you find the right ostomy product combination to protect against leakage, maintain healthy skin around your stoma, and help ensure discretion – so you can move forward with confidence, comfort, and dignity.
With Secure Start services, you don’t have to figure things out on your own. Our knowledgeable, compassionate Coordinators can:
- Help you select the right ostomy products for your body and lifestyle
- Send you product samples (ostomy pouching systems and accessories)
- Guide you on proper product usage
- Address your skin health questions and concerns
- Provide product and lifestyle educational materials
- Help you identify product supplier options
- Connect you with ostomy community resources
Support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
