Our culture and our Immutable Principles — dignity of the person, service, integrity, and stewardship — guide us in the decisions we make, the ways we interact with others, and how we serve our customers. That is what makes Hollister Incorporated such a great place to work. Read our Associate stories below to find out what it is like to be a Hollister Associate. Shane

Plant Manager, Ostomy

At Hollister, we make sure the quality of our products overrides everything else that we do.

While I’ve worked for 25 years, I’ve just completed my second year at Hollister. I was attracted to the medical device industry and wanted to join a company where I could have a long-term career—security combined with personal development and opportunities.

Everyone at Hollister—the people on my team, the people here at the plant—we deliver the best quality products and the best service possible. Our focus is to provide a superior customer experience—to delight our customers. Now to be able to delight a customer who uses an ostomy pouch is a real challenge—but I believe we do a good job.

Hollister is not a reactive company—it’s a reflective company that focuses on its people for the long-term. As an independent, employee-owned organization, we’re all expected to come into Hollister and take care of the company for all the associates who are here today, and for those coming into the company in the future. I know Hollister will be in better shape for the next generation of associates who join the company.

Hollister is different from any other company where I worked. From day one, everything that they portrayed about the company during my interview was true. With other companies, that’s not always the case. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t come to Hollister sooner.
